Returns & exchanges
Because we work with very fragile products, and because we work with a very specific target group in social institutions, we ask for your understanding that sometimes the products may break during shipment or have a production error.
If it is still safe to burn the candle, please do so. Pay attention to the regulations here. The beauty of our products is that even if the dip coating has come off a bit, it can still burn well. If you want a new one, please contact us via email.
Please note that we only exchange, within the first 5 days of delivery.
Then you can return it to us free of charge as follows:
- Put the product in the package of the new one you received from us and close the package.
- Cross out your address and write “return to sender” on the label. Our address is already on the label.
- Please return the Dippys to us through a mailbox near you (do not send them through the post office), this way the return and recycling is completely free.
