Account information
Are you moving or did you make a mistake with your address information? You can easily and quickly change your address by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Adjust your address under “Address Information,” both in Invoice and Shipping.
- Don’t forget to save your change.
If you do this before the 25th of the month, you can be sure that your new Dippys will be delivered to the right address.
If you have chosen Commit, you cannot change it to Flexible. If you chose Flexible, we can convert it to Commit for you. Please note that Commit will then take effect from that time, and the first discounted set will expire.
Please let us know by the 10th of the month. Then we can have Commit in place for the following month.
Don’t want to receive emails from us? Then you can easily unsubscribe again.
At the bottom of the page of the email you receive is a link to unsubscribe. You will then no longer receive offers and other promotions from us.
If you wish to have your information permanently removed from our system, please note that you will never be able to participate as a member again.
Furthermore, you can no longer make changes through your account and lose any right & warranty on the products delivered.
We will disconnect your data and retain the data as described in our privacy statement and T&C.
You can also choose to cancel your account. To request deletion of your data, please contact our customer service department.
Conditions for deleting your data:
- All payments must have been made,
- Your account should be canceled,
- You must have received your delivery. Haven’t received your delivery yet? Then we will be happy to resolve this for you, please contact our customer service team.
