Payment
Dippys come in a set of three and you have two choices. If you choose Commit, your membership is โฌ9.99 per month and you have the first set for only โฌ4,95. Then you are a year member and after the first year it is just cancelable monthly.
Or would you rather go for Flexible? Then it is โฌ12.50 per month and can be cancelled monthly right from the start.
We always have free shipping for our members and bith delivery, no additional VAT or import duties will be charged.
The monthly payment for your Dippys will be debited from your bank around the 24th of each month. We will always collect payment before we deliver products.
If there is a problem with a payment you will receive a reminder email from us, then you can still easily make the payment manually.
Send a mail to community@dippykaarsen.nl with the request. In it, name your name, mailing address and membership number. You can find these in My Account.
You will then receive a message with instructions.
When you register, we always ask you to fill in your bank details. This way we prevent fraud and your payment details are linked directly if you are convinced and want to become a member.
When you sign up, you also give us permission to automatically debit from your account.

If you have an outstanding payment, your new Dippys will not be delivered. You can easily settle an outstanding payment through your account or through the payment reminder you received from us.
Once your outstanding payment is made, we will send your Dippys immediately.
Please note that it is possible that your shipment may be delayed because your payment was made outside the normal collection dates.
You can stop your direct debit by canceling your membership if you have no outstanding payment. This is possible 1 year after becoming a member with Commit, and from the beginning with Flexible.
We have a notice period of 1 month.
If you reverse a payment, you will receive an email from us informing you that you have an outstanding payment.
If you do not clear the outstanding payment, you cannot become a member again in the future and your account cannot be closed.
