Delivery
We understand that you can’t wait to receive your first set of Dippys. The first set will be delivered no later than 14 days after you complete the registration. You should also have received a confirmation email. If otherwise, we will let you know.
Haven’t received your first set of Dippys after 14 days? Let us know 
Make sure your address is correct and send us an email with your name and address.
In you membership we always write off a month in advance. The debit of the 24th is for your Dippys of the following month.
Did we write off around the 24th? Then you can expect your set of Dippys in your mailbox between the 17th and the 23rd of the following month.
Have you chosen Commit? Then it starts after the first direct debit on the 24th.
I see others have already received the Dippys?
The delivery service we work with does not deliver the sets all on the same day, but over several days. So if you’ve noticed that a friend or acquaintance already has the Dippys in but you haven’t yet, this could very well be the case. So just a little more patience.
